William Peck

Level 3 Stylist

I’ve been a hairstylist for over 15 years, but hair has been part of my world for even longer. My mom did hair when I was growing up, so I spent a lot of time in salons early on. It felt like a second home—creative, familiar, and full of energy. That early exposure left a mark, and eventually, I found my own path in the industry.

As a master hairstylist, I’ve spent years refining my skills in cutting, color, blonding, and extensions. I’m certified in multiple extension methods and have worked with a wide range of hair types and textures. I approach hair with a strong technical foundation, but I also trust my eye and instincts to guide each look. For me, it’s about creating something that feels intentional and lived-in—styles that not only look great when you leave the salon, but also grow out well and fit into your day-to-day life.

I’ve worked in many different salon settings—from high-end Aveda salons to managing my own private suite—and each chapter has taught me something new. I believe in staying grounded in the basics while continuing to learn, adapt, and evolve with the industry.

Hair has never been just a job to me. It’s a craft I take seriously and something I’ve built my life around. I care deeply about doing good work, being consistent, and helping people feel like themselves—just a little more polished.
