Serenity Salon and Spa is conveniently located in Plano, just off the Dallas North Tollway, making it easily accessible for our clients.
Our location provides easy access for residents of Plano, as well as those living in nearby cities such as Frisco, Allen, and McKinney. We are proud to serve the surrounding community and provide a relaxing and peaceful environment where you can escape the stress of daily life.
CANCELLATIONS
We appreciate your trust in our services and the time you set aside for your appointments. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all our clients effectively, we kindly request that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Please note that appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full service charge. This policy allows us to optimize our scheduling and serve all our clients promptly.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
Our goal is that you love your look - period. Guests may contact us within 3 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look - and you did not originally receive that service - you will be charged full price for the service.
CHILDREN & PETS
For everyone's safety please do not bring pets or children under the age of 6 years with you to your appointment.
